This Privacy Policy explains how kodaxpro ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit kodaxpro.com or buy from us.

Information we collect

• Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the items you buy. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments or PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.
• Device information — browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
• Marketing preferences — whether you've signed up for emails or texts.

How we use it

• To fulfill your order: process payment, ship the product, send order and shipping confirmations, and provide support.
• To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
• To improve the Site and understand what customers respond to.
• To send marketing emails or texts — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in every email or by replying STOP to a text.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (which hosts our store and processes orders), payment processors, our fulfillment warehouse and shipping carriers (name and address only), email/SMS providers, and analytics and advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok. We may also share information to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies for the cart and checkout, for analytics, and for advertising so we can show ads to people who visited the Site. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (typically 7 years). You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
